Nova Tech Politics is a politically neutral software and services provider. It does not endorse, support, oppose, or favor any political party, candidate, committee, ballot initiative, elected official, public officeholder, or ideological position. Nova Tech Politics makes its software tools, systems, workflows, and related managed services available on a party-agnostic and candidate-agnostic basis, subject at all times to applicable law, internal compliance standards, commercial availability, and the terms of executed contracts.

 

Nova Tech Politics does not make political contributions, does not participate in partisan campaign strategy, does not engage in independent political advocacy, and does not undertake electioneering communications on its own behalf. To the extent Nova Tech Politics provides platform capabilities that may be used by political clients, such capabilities are provided solely as a commercial technology service and only as expressly directed, authorized, and approved by the applicable client. Nothing in this document, and no use of the platform, shall be construed as creating any political affiliation, agency relationship, joint venture, campaign sponsorship, advisory mandate, or ideological alignment between Nova Tech Politics and any client or user.

 

Any use of Nova Tech Politics by a political party, candidate, committee, campaign, PAC, officeholder, or other political organization is subject to the requirement that all content, messaging, likeness rights, disclosures, fundraising pathways, voter-contact practices, and related activities be lawfully authorized by the client and conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, rules, and guidance, including, without limitation, campaign finance laws, election laws, privacy and data protection laws, consumer protection laws, communications laws, public-records and records-retention obligations where applicable, ethics requirements, platform policies, and any current or future laws governing synthetic media, AI-generated content, or digital political communications.

 

Nova Tech Politics is designed to support compliance, transparency, and auditability, including, where configured and legally required, approvals, disclosures, access controls, logging, retention, archival functionality, traceability, and related governance controls. However, the platform itself does not constitute legal advice, campaign finance advice, election law advice, ethics advice, privacy advice, or regulatory approval, and no representation or warranty is made, express or implied, that use of the platform in any particular jurisdiction, office, campaign context, or communication channel will, by itself, satisfy all applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Legal obligations may vary materially based on office sought, jurisdiction, election cycle, committee structure, fundraising model, incumbent status, public-official status, communication channel, consent status, records obligations, and evolving statutory, regulatory, judicial, or enforcement developments.

 

Accordingly, each political client remains solely responsible for obtaining and relying upon advice from its own qualified counsel and advisors, including campaign finance counsel, election counsel, ethics counsel, privacy counsel, and any other advisors reasonably necessary for lawful deployment and ongoing operation. Any implementation of Nova Tech Politics for political use should be reviewed and approved by the client’s legal and compliance functions prior to launch and monitored thereafter. The client is solely responsible for the legality, sufficiency, accuracy, authorization, approval, and use of all campaign content, voter or constituent outreach practices, donation pathways, disclosures, consent mechanisms, and jurisdiction-specific compliance determinations.

 

To the extent the platform enables AI-generated, AI-assisted, or synthetic media capabilities, such functionality is intended for authorized, disclosed, and policy-compliant use only. No candidate likeness, voice, persona, identity, or related digital representation may be created, deployed, or distributed through Nova Tech Politics without documented authorization, required approvals, and all legally required notices, disclaimers, or disclosures. Nova Tech Politics reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to decline, suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to the platform or any feature where necessary or advisable to address legal risk, regulatory uncertainty, policy violations, unauthorized use, misuse of synthetic media, security concerns, reputational risk, fundraising irregularities, deceptive practices, data misuse, or any other compliance, safety, or operational concern.
